Potassium methylsilanetriol has molecular formulas CH₃K₃O₃Si (or C₆H₆K₂O₃Si) and a molecular weight of ~208.41. It is a colorless transparent liquid with ≥40% solid content and density around 1.3, miscible with water to form a strongly alkaline solution.
