Recently, a Vietnamese buyer in the construction materials and chemicals sector finalized an order for Diethanol-monoisopropanolamine (DEIPA) from Lihuayi Chemical. This shipment of high-performance cement grinding aids will soon be transported to Vietnam via border crossings and maritime routes to serve the local cement production and concrete admixture industries.

The purchased DEIPA is a high-purity, water-based, and eco-friendly product. As a highly efficient cement grinding aid, it significantly boosts grinding efficiency and reduces energy consumption while enhancing the mechanical properties and application performance of the cement. All technical specifications meet international standards for construction chemicals, making it well-suited to the technical requirements of large-scale cement production in Vietnam. The Vietnamese buyer noted that Chinese-made DEIPA excels in purity stability and batch consistency, offering a superior cost-performance ratio compared to European and American brands. Furthermore, the geographical proximity ensures efficient logistics and rapid supply chain responsiveness, effectively meeting the continuous production needs of local cement enterprises.
As a major cement producer and consumer in Southeast Asia, Vietnam is seeing a steady rise in cement production capacity driven by infrastructure expansion, urbanization, and the development of industrial parks; consequently, the demand for eco-friendly, high-performance admixtures is growing year by year. With the continuous improvement of cross-border trade channels between China and Vietnam, Chinese fine chemical products—backed by complete industrial supply chains and mature manufacturing technologies—are becoming a primary choice for industrial raw material procurement in sectors such as construction materials, daily chemicals, and textiles, leading to steady growth in bilateral chemical trade.
